JCC Warsaw - a home for every Jewish story.
OUR MISSION
JCC Warsaw is a welcoming communal home that brings together Jews of all backgrounds for meaningful Jewish experiences, learning, and connection. We foster diverse Jewish identities, nurture joy, support exploration, and strengthen the sense of community and belonging in Warsaw.
OUR HISTORY
JCC Warsaw started with a need - the need for an open and pluralistic space in Warsaw. With the aid of the JDC, grass-root meetings quickly expanded in scope and ambition. By 2013, with the additional support of Taube Philantropies, the Koret Foundations and the Kronhill-Pletka Foundation, we opened our building. In 2021, with the continued support of these organizations, we began out next chapter by becoming an independent foundation.
JCC Warsaw is a space and kehila brimming with Jewish joy. We are a place where our members celebrate birthdays, bar and bat mitzvah, and even weddings. If you come during Shabbat or over a holiday, you will probably find our community together celebrating over a delicious meal. So it has come to be that the JCC is often called “our second home!”
